My story

Some time in the summer of 2010, after being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, I quickly grew frustrated with destinations that satisfied my wife and children, while not offering tasty options for someone with my broadening ailment.  I sought the help of a non medicinal doctor and began to research the affect of diet on the human body.  I learned what foods were safe for a diabetic.  I, in turn, began to develop foods that my wife and children would eat without knowing that they were adhering to my medicinal needs. After 3 1/2 months of following my newly discovered diet, I lost 52 pounds -- without any excercise, and dropped my blood sugar from 796 to 104 without medicine.  More importantly, I began to feel much, much better.  I began to understand the affect of diet and how it can benefit, or impare anyone.  After friends and family began to encourage me to develop my results into the concept that you see before you today. A single destination for familes and friends to gather and share well prepared, conscious meals to order with fresh ingredients.  We prepare every meal on the spot, right down to chopping the vegetables.  We are sure you will agree that our results are well worth the trip, and it is our sincere hope that you enjoy your experience with us today, and most importantly, welcome.
